Hi my name is greg. I've been a wrestling fan since a child, watching wwf and wcw. i stopped watching wrestling around 01 after being so disgusted by the wwe. my good friend kyle (heroisgod on these boards) got me hooked on roh before the summer. ever since then i've been hooked on roh and wrestling in general. i have to admit, when i first saw hero during the roh vs. czw war, i did not like him, but by the time the war was over, i fell in love with him, especially his tag work in kow. they are one of, if not my absolute favorite tag team. overall i have to say Bryan Danielson is my favorite wrestler, but others that i love alot are Chris Hero, double c, Roderick Strong, Nigel McGuiness, Jimmy Rave, Austin Aries and loads of others. To date i've only seen Chris hero live once, at my second ever roh show final battle 2006 (my first being time to man up), when him and claudio versed the briscoes in one of the best tag matches i have ever seen in my entire life. unfortunately after that, they "broke up" but we will see what happens in the future. I am very glad that this message board was made, so that i can meet new people that share my love for wrestling and for chris hero.  |

Hey guys, My name is Ryan. I am 15 yrs. young from Jersey. I have been a long time wrestling fan since the age of 4 or so when I saw Shawn Michaels on TV. I stopped watching wrestling when WWF became WWE, but got back in the 1st day of 2004 when I bought the Shawn Michaels DVD. I began to follow Indy wrestling in late '04. I Enjoyed ROH and CZW. My favorite became Chris Hero after my friend showed me some matches he has had in CZW. Now, I am a big time Hero fan, finally got to see him this past Saturday and JAPW, and got to meet him. Now, I enjoy WWE,TNA, CZW, PWG, ROH, JAPW. I'm sure this message board will be tons of fun to talk to fellow Hero Fans

My favorite promotions are (in order)
1. ROH
2. CHIKARA
3. PWG
I buy, and download tons of wrestling, loads of indy and puro stuff.
I used to hate Chris Hero, but since watching CHIKARA he really started to grow on me. Now, I'm a nig fan of his. I prefer him in tag matches with CC than in singles.

Whats up the name is Joe. I'm a pretty n00b Chris Hero fan but an avid supporter at all his shows. I used to depise the guy but now I can't get enough of him. Keep up the good work bro!

Ahoy, one and all.
I'm Josh (going by Hex here and on the SHIMMER boards, when I can get out of my lazy stupour and head on over there). I'm an Aussie... and probably should be in bed right about now but ah well. I've been a wrestling fan since '98, getting into WWF/E after some friends started going on about it. From there I've gradually found out about the Indies. Currently I mostly watch ROH but I've really gotten into PWG and Chikara lately. Absolutely love what I've been fortunate enough to see of Hero, especially in Chikara, even though he tends to shine regardless of where he's wrestling.

Hey guys I'm Melanie I live in Manchester in the UK. Was lucky enough to see Hero at 1PW last year, it annoys me to this day thinking about how he was used in that match, the company doesn't really have a clue. ROH in liverpool was a great show too.
Basically I'm just a kid who loves wrestling whatever company, my dream match would be Chris Benoit vs Bryan Danielson - I always think to myself how great that would be...

I probably now Hero mostly from ROH and Chikara. I like Hero matches due to his use of the British style as well as some strong style moves.

Im Alisdair 20 years in my first year of uni at the University of Central Lancashire in Preston studying Retail Managment.
Being a fan of wrestling for about 8 years now was first into WWF,WCW and ECW then through a mate my first indies tape was XPW then from there CZW to ROH to IWA MS to PWG etc etc.
basic feds i watch now are IWA Mid South, IWS, CZW, TNA & !PW which is a fed we have over here in England hopefully Mr Hero is coming back soon.
Being a Chris Hero fan for a good while think the first match i saw was Hero v Homicide at IWA MS KOTDM 03 and was hooked from there.
Never actually got the chance to see Hero live yet although me and a mate are going to IWA MidSouth Ted Petty Invitational this year so hopefully Hero will be in it.
Other hobies include football or as you americans call it "soccer" i follow MAn Utd and my local team Carlisle United also read th few comic books like Batman and Transformers.

Hello Name is Cravate Of Doom, COD for short, been watching wrestling since early 90's and been watching indy wrestling since 2002.
I know Hero from his Chikara and CZW stuff, I love his wrestling style it's so unique, not to mention an awesome heel, and also I love the cravate ever since watching him wrestle it has become one of my fav moves of all time, well thats it for now talk to ya later.

I'm Matthew from wales i have been a chris hero fan for the last 3 years now if i wasnt a fan of his why would i be on here. Have been watching wrestling since i was six watching the WWF now only watching indy wrestling hope to have a good time on the forum thanks
